Grace Like Waves

"Grace Like Waves"

John 1:16: "And of his fullness have all we received, and grace for grace."(KJV)

John 1:16: "Yes, the Word was full of grace and truth, and from him we all received one blessing after another." (Easy Read Version )

My friend, close your eyes for a moment and picture the vision of the waves of Grace. Tell yourself,"That's how God's Grace is coming into my situation, into my life, right now-one wave in place of another without fail, driven by the force of His Love and Grace for me."Now, hold that thought and pray this simple prayer with me.

Dear heavenly Father, You know the situation I am in. I may not be able to see it now, but I thank You that because of Jesus’s sacrifice for me, wave after wave of Your glorious Grace is rushing into my life to meet every need and oversupply every lack. I turn my situation over to You completely, knowing that  You love and care for me perfectly.  I receive Your abundant Grace right now and I thank You for every incoming wave of supply, healing and protection in Jesus’ name,  Amen.

God bless you .

Get Your Joy Back!

Get Your Joy Back!

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18, NIV
"Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus."

Did you know that it is God’s will for you to be joyful always? He wants you to be happy and carefree. He wants you to love your life no matter what your circumstances look like. In fact, when you have joy in the midst of difficult circumstances, that is evidence that you have faith and trust that God will bring you through.

Joy is strength. When you have His supernatural joy, you can stand strong no matter what’s going on around you. You might say, “I’m just not a real jovial person. I’m more serious. I never laugh much.” And of course, God made us all differently, but you can train yourself to laugh more. One article said that the average child laughs over 200 times a day, but the average adult only laughs 4 times a day. What’s happened? We’ve allowed the pressures of life, stress and more responsibilities, little by little, to steal our joy.

Make the decision today to get your joy back! Decide that you are going to look beyond your problems and look at what God will do on your behalf. Ask Him every day to fill you with His supernatural peace and joy so that you can live in His strength and victory all the days of your life!

PRAYER FOR TODAY:
Heavenly Father, I humbly receive Your Word today. I choose to open my heart to You and invite You to fill me with Your joy and strength. Thank You for showing me Your goodness and empowering me with Your grace. I bless You today and always in Jesus’ name. Amen

"Have a blessed day"

Remain in Him

Remain in Him

TODAY’S SCRIPTURE

“If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.”
(John 15:7, NIV)

TODAY’S WORD from Joel and Victoria

In life, we all have ups and downs. This time of year can be especially trying for some. There are seasons that are more difficult when our character is being developed and our faith in God is being strengthened. Sometimes it can feel like you are taking two steps forward and three steps backward. If we’re not careful, we’ll start thinking that life is always going to be this way.

God doesn’t want us to live life like a roller coaster. He wants to bring us to a place of stability so we can remain strong in Him. Jesus said, “I am the vine. You are the branches. If you abide in me, you will bear much fruit and your fruit will remain.” The word “remain” means “to be fixed, immovable, not affected by circumstances.” In other words, if you will just keep abiding in Him, just keep meditating on His Word, He’ll bring you through. He’ll make you strong; He’ll keep you stable, and you’ll embrace the life of blessing He has prepared for you!

A PRAYER FOR TODAY
Father, today I set my heart and mind on You knowing that You are good and faithful. I trust that as I seek You and put You first, You will direct my steps. I choose to remain in You and follow Your leading in everything I do in Jesus’ name. Amen.

"Have a blessed day"
